This is the foundation class for Usui Shiki Ryoho - The Usui System of Natural Healing. This is the beginner Reiki level, where you will be initiated into the Usui tradition and become a conduit to channel Reiki for yourself and others. This class is designed to help beginners develop their intuition, increase their awareness of life-force energy in and around the human body, and learn how to channel Reiki for greater self-awareness and address any blocks to inner peace.
